userev when logoff or shutdown

everytime i logoff or shutdown my system i see userev warning on the event
viewer any know how to fix this problem and patch? i found one but not sure
if this is User Profile Hive Cleanup Service on this site

(UPHClean). UPHClean monitors the computer while Windows is unloading user
profiles and forces resources that are open to close. Therefore, the

It is userenv. userenv.dll is a module that contains application
programming interface (API) functions to create and manage user profiles.
