User Rights

I am running Windows XP Home, SP2, and I am tryin to find out how to set
rights for my 4 other users. One is an admin like me, and the others are
limited, but I want to disable certain things in their accounts as well as
the other account. Plz help??

With Home Edition you don't have the ability to set fine-grained
permissions as you do in XP Pro. Check out Doug Knox's Security Console
instead at http://www.dougknox.com. I believe the Security Console is
under Windows XP Utilities.
