User Right to run application

I have a problem that only administrator has right to run.
I give user with Administrator right and Domain
Administrator right, but it still can not run correctly.
I only can run as Administrator.
Help!

What application is this? Talk to the developer/support people. No
well-written program should require that the built-in administrator account
be the only one to run it....
