When i logon locally on my windows 200 professional with
a normal user account he asks me for the CD of my windows
2000 that something has happened and to maintain the
stability of the system it requires the CD. It also
happens with the Administrator account (both local
accounts).
The system is not connected to any server and dont use
roaming profiles.
But when i logon it appears that message and then
nothing, black monitor with the mouse pointer and nothing
else no applications being used on taks manager and no
suspicious processes. Can anyone help me on this issue?

Best regards,
João Moreira

Have you follow the repair instructions as administrator, this seems how
ever to be a none-ad related question so you will get better support in
windows2000.general group.
