user password change

When trying to change a user' s password I recieve the following error in an Active Directory dialog box:

Windows cannot complete the password change for "user name" because:
The specified module could not be found.

However I'm able to change other users' password without any problems.

any ideas?
 
Is this an account migrated from Novell?
Go to support.microsoft.com and look at the following KB
