User not showing up in Global Address list

Only one user cannot access exchange email. However, access via web works
fine. Error message is "The name could not be matched to a name in the
address list". All other users work fine

Try posting, with a lot more detail (outlook & exchange versions, SP levels
of each, exact setup) in m.p.exchange.clients.
