What is the easiest way to create a user in active directory who can be logged on to more than one workstation at a time?

When you create a user they can log on to more than one workstation. You
don't have to do anything special to allow them to log on to multiple
workstations concurrently. Most people come here trying to find the steps to
stop users from doing this.

As far as the easiest way to create a user that is your choice.
