that your network is functioning correctly. if this
problem presists, contact your network administrator.

This is the message i get when i create a new profile,
and then logon to it, well try to logon. I'm not sure why
it is doing it...but i think its because i'm missing a
file in the "Documents and Settings" folder.
---
these are thefiles i have:
-administrator
-all users
-default
-guest.default
-guest
---
when i turn on the guest account, and attempt to logon to
it, it works just fine. the message only comes up when i
create a new account and try to logon to it. infact it
stops right when it goes to load it! can someone please
help me, i may need to get a file!?

You can only create a new User Account if you are logged on as
Administrator, or a User with Administrator Rights.

i am the administrator, i locked my computer so that only
i could get on it! i can create the accounts no problem,
its using them thats the problem. it won't load them, get
it? instead it loads this error message, and gives me so
much time (30 sec. i think, i didn't look at the counter)
and then it goes back to the logon menu!! both the guest
(default guest profile) and the administrator (mine i
created) work, so my question is how do i get other
accounts, administrators & limited accounts to work? are
all the files that i have in the documents & sharing
folder there? if not where can i go to get them, or will
i have to do a system restore and loose programs i
installed, to fix a folder/file thats corrupt or not
there?

Well going by your list of folders in C:/Documents and Settings, you
aren't creating the User properly. try creating a User and NOT logging
on, and then seeing what folders have been created.

BTW, you should NOT use the Administrator log-in on a daily basis.
Create a User for yourself (!) with Admin rights. The Administrator
log-in is for emergencies (ie when your User acoount becomes corrupted
for some reason) and for maintenance of other users.
