user logon fail

Dear,

The server is upgrade from NT 4.0(PDC) to win2000(AD).
after the server upgrade, I try to create new user in the
(AD). It can successful to logon the windows 200/XP only.
The new user ID can't logon to NT 4.0 workstation with
following error:

THE SYSTEM COULD NOT LOG YOU ON. MAKE SURE YOUR USER
NAME AND DOMAIN ARE CORRECT, THEN TYPE YOUR PASSWORD
AGAIN. LETTERS IN PASSWORDS MUST BE TYPED USING THE
CORRECT CASE
*****************************************

I try to re-join the NT 4.0 workstation to domain(AD) but
still not work. All NT 4.0 workstaion can logon use old
user ID only(the old user ID create in NT4.0 PDC). I have
no idea to fix this problem!!!

Check the System event log on the nt4 workstations for event 5719. no logon
server available. If so then Install Wins. Also check for successful
replication between the Windows 2000 DC and the NT4 BDCs

Thank you for your reply, As your soluation, i nend
install new Wins server in W2k (AD) and change the NT 4.0
workstaion's Wins serting pointing to new WIns server?
