User Login and Logout times

Is there a utility or command that I can run to will show
the time a user logged in or out during the last login session?

You could enable auditing of logon events and examine the the security log
in Event Viewer. Also for a particular user net use username can give some
info or using usrstat for finding that info on all users. --- Steve
