User Is Prompted for Password That Is Already Saved

I really need help with this one. I save the password in
my Outlook (2002), but it remembers it for only 1
session. The next time I start Outlook, it asks me for my
password again. Why is this happening and how can i fix
this?

I looked for this all over the Microsoft Knowledge Base
and the best answer for this i could find was to install
SP1 and SP2. Both of them are already installed on my
computer. If anyone has any ideas about how this could be
fixed, please let me know.

You didn't say which version of Windows you're using, so see if either of
these MSKB articles are helpful:

For Outlook 2000 or 2002 on Win 98, NT, or 2000:
