User Interface screenshots?

I'd like to know of some good URLs that display screenshots of well
designed interfaces. These can be applications or websites.
Especially those that do well with a busy forms. Microsoft's Vista
website displays some nice UI screenshots. It's difficult to find
anything on the web that actually dislpays a UI and maybe even talks
about why it is good.
