User id rant

For utility bills and such your user id should be your email address.
Trying to pick something that you can remember that is unique is almost
impossible.

Banks and similar should require the added security, but we are talking
about utility bills and not CIA documents.

Having a list of questions that only you could answer would be better
than trying to record user-ids for everything. (Pick 2)

Mother's Maiden Name - It doesn't actually have to be your mothers
name, just something only you would know
Favorite School
Favorite Sport
Favorite Pet
Favorite Color
Favorite Car
Favorite City
Favorite Tooth Paste

You could then have a link emailed to your stantments every month and
sign in with password and 2 questions

Shouldn't you be sending this rant to the organizations with whose
policies you have a problem, rather than wasting it on complete
strangers who really don't care if you can't remember a UserID or two?
