User Groups

I have only one user group on my computer. Using XP Pro W\SP-2. My problem is
when I try to add another user I get an out of memory message. Have closed
all running programs and everything in Task Manger that I can. I have 512 DDR
ram and I no that it is plenty for my system. Any advice? Yhank you.

Did you, by any chance, disable Windows Picture and Fax Viewer? Unregistering shimgvw.dll will
also disable thumbnail view in Explorer and will cause problems changing user accounts, desktop
background pictures, and user icons.

Try this:
Click Start -> Run -> regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
