I have a database used for golf membership. I asked the user what type of
reports they would like to print so I could create them for printing lables.
They were hoping to create them on the fly. Can I create something that
would promt them for the different fields to creat this report? They're not
familiar with Access so I would be hard for them to create individual queries
and reports. Thanks for your help.

Hi, TBoe.

In the Access Developer's Handbook, an indispensible development tool, the
authors Litwin, Getz, and Gilbert provide user-friendly code for mailing
labels, including code that allows the printing to be started on any
arbitrary label on the page.

Hope that helps.
