when i open explorer to browse the net, i keep getting an
error in user.exe, plus i also get kernel.dll and a few
other .dll errors, what the heck is the problem?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that sie does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
