USER.EXE fault

I keep getting kicked offline by an "illegal operation"
that reads: "Explorer caused a general protection fault
in module USER.EXE at 0003:00001022.
It then lists some "register" numbers, "bytes" and "stack
dump" numbers. Can anyone help?
