user disappeared along with all documents

The first user thing I had was called Administrator, and
I wanted it to have my name, so my friend made a new
computer administrator username. And then the other one
disappeared, the one that had all my school work, word
documents, music files, pictures, and videos. Now it
doesn't show up in the login page nor anything else when
i go to control panels. However, i know it still exists.
I also tried to go to my computer then to documents and
settings, but my documents were all set to private so
access is denied. How do i get all my work back??

You should NOT use the built-in Administrator Account on a daily basis. use
the one your friend created and move all the documents to that.
