Hello,

I created an object, which flies down to a position in the middle of a page.
After the object reaches its new position, I want to draw some arrows
(starting at the new position of the object). How can I see in the "normal
view" where the new position of the object is, so that I don't have to draw
the arrow and testing for the correct position 1000 times. Is there any way
to go forward in the presentation, so that I can see the new position of the
object?

Thanks in advance,
Oliver

Oliver,

If I understand your question.....you want to see where the "final position" is of the animated object?

If that's the case, sometimes it's easier to draw the "motion path".....from end to start, then tell powerpoint to
animate the motion path "backwards / reverse".

To do this right click the motion path (the thing with red and green arrow heads), then choose "reverse motion path"

Have a look at some of the techniques used in this demo

If using a motion path, there is an excellent add-in simply called MOTION
PATH (http://www.mvps.org/skp/mptools.htm) it will add a second object at
the end point, which you can use for reference then delete.
