User defined output folders

I am trying to export a table to a delimited text file but want the user to
define file location "strInputFileName " preferrably from a dialogue box
navigation

DoCmd.TransferText acExportDelim, , _
"vigoFileConverted", strInputFileName & "outputFile.txt"

Any suggestions please.

Or failing that is it possible to just get the transfer text command to
prompt as in the save as options

You can use the code in http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0001.htm at "The
Access Web" to allow the user to navigate to a particular file (or the code
in http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0002.htm to allow him/her to navigate
to a particular folder).

Use the code directly before your TransferText command. (Don't forget to
check for the possibility of them not actually selecting a file, but simply
cancelling the dialog)
