User defined field .Net

I've a couple of user defined fields in my custom contact form.

I don't figure out how to use these fields in my application (c#.net and using outlook interop dll ) Probably with Outlook.ContactItem.UserProperties.Find() ??

Can someone help me with that one.. ?
