User contacts cannot be displayed

Hi all,

I am using Outlook 2003,and have a problem in searching a contact's name in
Outlook (Global Contact List). However, when searched using OWA, the name i
amlooking for shows up. Hence, i assume this is not an AD problem. Can
anyone help me?
