User conflicts/confusion

I have a user folder called "valued customer" that was set up by the manufacturer but no user account shows up for login purposes. I have a folder named with my name, and a user account that shows up for logging in, but it looks as though when I login using the account with my name on it, all the updating of files occurs in "Valued customer"

It looks as though some corruption may have gone on and there seems to be a problem accessing the correct accounts (there are several that show up under users in the control panel but only one option when starting up)

Is there an easy way to fix this? Without having to create all new users and deleting the old ones manually?

Add the Valued Customer profile to the Welcome Screen and do some prelim
testing from there.

Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList

Adding a username and setting the value to 1 will cause that user, such as
Administrator, to show up on the Welcome screen as well.

Hide User or Add User to the Welcome Screen (Line 22)
