I have a user that can't change his password. He was able
to but now something has changed (I have not changed
anything) and he can't. I added him to the domain admins
group to see if is was a rights issue but he can still not
change his password. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Is it perhaps a Policy issue with minimum change time?

Minimum change time is used in conjunction with the
"history" list to prevent users from avoiding this requirement
by just changing the password multiple times until they
meet history requirements.

To add to the other guys' suggestions: What is the *exact* error he's
getting? He could be mistyping his current password (dumb, but happens
;)) He could be trying using a password that doesn't comply with
password complexity (if enabled). And so on ;)

Yes, and he could have pulled down the Machine name, or
a trusted domain and be trying to change "that account".
(And on the password change dialog, he can TYPE in
a value for a domain -- possibly incorrectly.)

Ain't users amazing creatures!? ;)
