I'm having 2 problems here configuring user accouts at my pc ...

1) As I am the only user here, I would like to turn off that option that
asks me to click on my own name (which is the only option) everytime I start
up the computer. I already tried to turn off that "Use welcome screen"
thingy, but it didn't work.
2) Again, as i am the only user at this computer, I'd like to have my MSN
Messenger 6.2 to have my e-mail address as the default address when I sign
in.

I never had this "welcome screen" before, but somehow it started to appear
and I noticed that there's a new user under "user accounts". It's "ASP.Net
Machine A...". Could anyone tell me what it is? Can I delete it? Maybe I
installed a program here that created this account automaticly, but I have
no clue of why it's there now.
Any help will be appreciated.

Don't worry about ASP.Net Machine Account. You'll probably never need it. On
my computer it disappeared from the listings in User Accounts of it's own
accord, possibly because it was never clicked upon. It's still on my
computer, just not "visible". Check out what it is here:

1. Go to Start | Run and type in: control userpasswords2 | Ok.

2. On the Users tab, clear the Users Must Enter A User Name And Password
To Use This Computer check box and then click OK.

3. In the Automatically Log On dialog box that appears, type the user
name and password for the account you want to be logged on each time you
start your computer.

You can accomplish the same thing by:

Download and install tweakui for xp and use its auto logon feature.

Lastly you can add the Dialog box that comes up when running control
userpasswords 2 to the Control Panel with the following tweak:

Add Control User Passwords2 to the Control Panel (Line 1)
