User accounts

I have recently created a seperate user account in addition to the existing
Administrator account. I understood that in doing so you were able to have
seperate programs etc on each account.
However when I recently downloaded a program while logged into the
Administrator account it also appeared in the other user account.
I found I was unable to delete the program when logged into the other
account and would simply like the downloaded program to appear on the
Administrator account alone.
I would appreciate your comments or help in setting it up so I can have
programs on the Administrator account but not on the other user accounts.

Do you just want the other user accounts to not see the program in their
Start menus? If so, then right-click the Start button and choose
"Explore All Users". Find the entries for the programs in question on
the other users' Start Menus and delete them.
