user accounts

as the admin of the computer i can add and delete
programs.. download and every thing.. but my other user
accounts can not set up programs or download.. i dont
want to give them admin access, but i do want to let them
set up there own program.. ( not enough hours in the day
for me to do it)
Does any one know how i can change the user access so
they can do that ???

If you have XP Home Edition, it's problematic to the point of not being
worth the effort. If you have XP Pro, some of it can be done through the
Group Policy Editor. Please check the following Knowledge Base Article for
