If I understand you correctly (and I may not since your post isn't very
clear or informative), you want to create some users that will log onto
a domain and some that will only have rights on the local machine. This
is of course possible if you are using XP Pro (Home cannot log onto a
domain). Simply create the desired accounts on the server, join your
workstation to the domain and add those accounts locally. That takes
care of the domain accounts. Now log into the workstation locally as
Administrator and create user accounts locally.
