After reading up on keeping my computer safer from attack ( I just had fun
with a virus) I found out that using another account other than administrator
that I would be less likely to pick up anymore virus.......My problem is when
I went into User Accounts, there's an account by the name of *ASP.NET Machine
A....*

What is this ?? I didn't set it up and i'm the only one who uses this
computer.

Thanks guys

The advice you read about not running as Administrator is correct.

Asp.net is not really a user account, at least it's not like a regular user account. It gets created when you install the .Net framework (an update to Windows.) It's not really of any use, unless you're a .Net developer, and it has no adverse effect on your system. You may as well leave it alone, or you can remove it from Control Panel - User Accounts. Removing it won't harm your .Net installation.
