whenever I put a new desktop background or picture in my profile in XP, it
always shows up on the other accounts on the computer. I tried changing it
from the other accounts, but the same thing happens. My account is the
administrator, the other accounts are limited. However whenever I install a
program or pictures in my profile they sometimes show up in the other
account's desktop, sometimes they don't. What is the deal? How can I control
this?!
