Here's something to try regarding clearing passwords on forms in Internet
Explorer (hotmail for example):
1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Content tab.
3. Click AutoComplete.
4. Click the appropriate AutoComplete check boxes
Clear Forms
Clear Passwords
These actions will clear all saved forms and/or passwords from the
AutoComplete history.
To disable password caching for all future forms in IE, deselect the 'User
names and passwords on forms' check box on this page.
5. Click OK, and then click OK.
