User Accounts Scrambled!

Set up on new computer all my bookmarks; desktop preference; imported files;
set up e-mail, imported address book, etc. Now the user account wish to
associate won't use target specified (under c:\documents settings\user name).
Also, the folder "My Documents" ["User's Documents] has vanished. Other
mixups as well.

How do I fix? Thanks
 
Hi,

Yes, I'm working with several accounts. 2 users are fine. The other 2 are
scrambled (with deleted accounts and each other).
