User Accounts Prpagation

I am have a computer has been in use for over a year with XP and with only one account. I want to make this an admin account so that I can do remote login. I am going to create a secoind account for general use. I want the new account to be set up the same as the first account, another words I want both accounts to see the same thing. How do I propagate ALL settings from the first account to the second? This sounds like it should be simple, but I have not been able to accomplish it. Thanks for any help.
 
Home or Pro? Pro has a copy profile function, not sure about Home.
