user accounts - history / cookies

I had 2 user accounts. the first one is an administrative accout and the 2nd
a limited account. I was at a website on the 2nd account that I would like
to go back to but I have deleted the 2nd account since then. would the
history of my browser be saved anywhere on my first accountecause it is an
administrative account? If I did this again in the future - if I had 2
administrative accounts would the history or cookies or anything be saved
from one to the other even though the histories seem the be independent of
one another? I guess my question is - Do the users accounts keep all these
files seperate? does it depend on what kind of account you have? When you
delete an account and it asks you if you would like to delete files - did I
loose the website for good and all other information?
 
Yes, the History for IE is stored in separate folders for each user profile.
If you deleted that second profile, then you've deleted that profile's
History folder as well, so you are probably out of luck on this issue.

Each user's IE History is stored thusly:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\History
