I want to recover files created with another user in the previous windows.

How can i do it??

I have the same user name but i changed the computer name, so i can't read
the older files.

TIA

How did you re-install Win XP professional? did you format your HD
before installing? If so then tough luck!! You can't recover any data
from a formatted HD without using specialist tools to unformat the HD.
How can i do it??

Generally you can take ownership of files using an administrator account
but if the files are encrypted then you are in a for a shock once again
unless you have kept copies of security certificates. Read all about it
here:

Were these files encrypted with EFS? Are you getting any errors, and if so
it would help if you posted those.
