Just FYI

Turn off user account control in User Accounts (click Start type use click
User Accounts, then click Turn User Account Control On or Off.)
 
hi,anyone has been able to stop the "user account control" to popup and no
such warning from the built-in security centre?
 
Following this advice removes most of the protection inherent in the new
design of the OS. For instance, if you log on as an admin IE will run as a
full admin just like in XP.

What are you trying to achieve anyway?
