Use rule to BCC messages - Outlook 2003

I would like to automatically bcc myself for all emails I
send. The only option I've seen under rules is to always
cc a recipient. Is there an option to switch this to
bcc? Are there other suggestions for how to do this?

There is at least one 3rd party utility listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#compose -- you might want to look
elsewhere on Slipstick for other ideas.
