use parameters in another column

Is there any way to use the parameters from the query in another column's
where clause. I have "between [start] and [end]" How can I refer to those
values in another column (design view wise).

Won't it prompt me for the values again? I don't want to be prompted again,
just use them from the first prompt.

I guess the first time I tried it I did something wrong....but it is working
