use dongle in remote machine

Hi:
Through remote desktop, I am running a program that requires a dongle.

I always get the error message that there was no dongle found even though
the dongle is properly installed on remote machine.

I was able to run the program remotely through Timbuktu... but it is slow
and has other issues...

Please help!!

Before logging in the Remote Desktop, you need to adjust the Options, tab
Local Resources, and uncheck the options for Printers and Serial Ports, so
that the remote program can see the remote ports.
 
Thanks for the info...

I unchecked all the local resources and it still does not work...

The dongle is connected through USB port....
