usb2 capture card helo!

hi,
whenever i plug in pinnacle pctv usb2 into my usb port, it just takes
some minutes before the computer crashes, sometimes with a blue screen
dumping physical memory because of an error in emstream.sys. other
times it just restarts. any idea what could be causing this? and i
tried disconnecting all usb devices except this one, but that didnt
help. thanks.

Hi I am having the same problem I have tried using a powered USB hub but no change. I can see the remote wireless security camera for a second or 2 then I get the blue screen have you had any help.
