How to uninstall/reinstall USB?
It seems that the driver is damaged or corrupted.

If the ports are damaged, you'd probably open Device Manager, open the
Properties on the controllers and/or hubs, and update, roll back, or
uninstall the devices. A reboot might find and reinstall the devices.

Haven't you posted this same question two other times today? Best to keep
with one post on an issue. It can take 24-48 hrs for the right person to
see the post and respond.

Or is it you can't find your previous posts? If that's the case search for
them using Google Groups Advanced Search. Search in
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general, on your name as author.

Lastly you might want to look into using a newsreader to access what are
actually Usenet newsgroups. The experience is better than the web
interface. XP comes with Outlook Express which can be set up for newsgroup
access.
