Can you please help me?
I have basically my life on my usb memory stick. I have just tried to
access it and a message comes up saying it needs formatting!! What do
i do to save my work!!

Did you or can you try a different PC?

You may want to look for a file recovery system.

Did you or can you try a different PC?

Preferrably one running a real operating system like Linux. You might not
have that much success running a Windoze toy operating system.
