I have a Win 98 system at work that I need to copy data from and to a newer
system. this system does not have a cd burner. Is there a usb driver I can
load that will allow me to use the usb port to copy files and data. thanks LOU

Yes, and they would come with the usb device you which to plug into the win
98 machine.

Next time best to post to the win98 newsgroup. Here is a list of MS
public newsgroups: http://aumha.org/nntp.htm

I doubt if the Win 98 drivers come with the device.
There should be a Web link to where Win 98 drivers can be found.

It depends.

98 Second edition is usually supported but you need to download and install
drivers, support is not included in the operating system.
If Windows 98 is the first edition you will probably be out of luck but
check the makers web site to see if there are drivers to download and
install.
