USB MSD initialized on Mac and want to use it on PC

I bought a Storage Device and initialized it on a Mac. I want to be able to
use the device on PC. I've plugged it into my PC and it recognizes it. It
will not show up in My Computer yet so I formatted and partitioned it as i
would a new drive. I also know there aren't any driver problems because
Device Manager says it's working perfectly. I even re-installed them to be
sure. The device still will not show up in My Computer. Is there a step i'm
missing?
 
start/run, type DISKMGMT.MSC, and rightclick the drive Icon, to see what XP
can do with the drive.
