Hi,

My site has active directory installed. All of my clients
use win 2000 and the users that connect have user
permission. When one of my clients tries to install a USB
Flash drive on their 2000 pc it gives them a permission
problem. It says they have to be an admin to do this. How
would I go about fixing this issue by not allowing them
admin access ?? Thanks for the help.

I think that this USB device needs special drivers or drivers for
general USB mass storage device are not installed in Your systems, or
there is permission problem on the folders where new drivers has to be
copied.

Try to add to the users the right to load drivers in the system but this
is not good idea from the security point of view
