Hello.
When i connect different things to my USB for example a pc camera, or a mp3 player the plug n play starts, and the device starts to be installed. But when the status of the files being copied is shown the installation stops and the text "Wrong data" is shown.

When I look in the device manager there's an mark on the USB device I have pluged and when I check the properties for it, it says that the drivers hasn't been installed.

Anyone who knows a sollotion to this problem?

Regards / manne

Go back to Device Manager>USB Controllers>rt click on each and chose
Uninstall. Disconnect all the
USB devices before doing this. Restart and let XP reinstall them. Try the
camera and mp3 player.
