USB Drive Emulation

OK so here so what I am trying to do....

How do I take a folder or directory on my hard drive and provide it
over a USB cable to another usb port as a "flash" drive. In essence I
am trying to turn my Windows XP laptop as a USB flash drive. Anyone?

This would be easier if you would consider "networking" the two PCs, either
over a network hub/switch/broadband router or cross-over network cable,
