Hello, I upgraded my mother board and chip to ecs k7s5a pro and xp2400+ and now it won't read any of my usb devices. I reinstalled xp but kept my settings. I tryed uninstalling the usb controllers and hubs but still don't work. I installed all upgrades I could find too. I'm thinking it's got to do with previous usb drivers but after uninstalling that should have fixed it right?? Device manager has no yellow questions and the usb all read as working but everytime i plug in a usb device it comes up as unrecognized device in device manager and says no drivers are installed for the device.I just keep getting the error that the device has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it when I plug them in. Does anybody have any idea what cause this. I even went into my mother board cd and tried installing the usb 2.0 drivers directly from the cd with no luck.

thanks in advance
Leo

I have the same problem with a different motherboard. I'm still looking for an answer.
