I have a USB flight yoke and pedals. When I look at the Control Panel, the
pedals are listed first and then the yoke. When I had Windows 98, it was
the other way around. This makes no difference in many games such as
Microsoft Flight Simulator and others. In
DXDIAG, the Yoke has Controller ID 0 and the pedals have 1.
The trouble is, some older games see only the pedals in XP where before it
was the yoke that they saw in Windows 98. Those games that do not recognize
two
controllers only see the pedals. I think that it is because the pedals are
listed first.
If I unplug the pedals, then it is fine. The games see the yoke and it can
be used to control the games. It doesn't help to switch the order of the
way they are plugged in.
FYI, I also have a USB mouse and printer.
Is there a way to change this so that the yoke is listed first again?
Thanks!
