USB camera problem

I'm using a STV0672 USB cam.

I made a component for it, and it works well on xpe.

however, application(vidcap.exe) does not working.

error message is "driver is not installed properly"

what's the problem???

The application is clearly missing a dependency. You will need to determine
what your applications dependencies are. Start with this tech article on
some of the 3rd party tools to help you do that:
